I plan to:

1 - finish my children's book about Pyder the spider (DONE)

2 - finish my other book, the grown up fun one! (WIP)

3 - read 'The Pickwick Papers' (DONE)

4 - celebrate Tigers winning the Heineken Cup (sadly this wasn't to be ☹)

5 - celebrate England winning the World Cup (the less said the better ☹)

6 - and lots of other stuff

 In 2010

1 - I discovered the poet Paul Verlaine

2 - I realised how much I like the works of Picasso

3 - no black monoliths near Jupiter (as yet)

4 - I broke my elbow

5 - I travelled abroad more than I've ever done (Canada 3 times, Hong Kong, Orlando, Rome, Spain, Paris, The Hague, Edinburgh, Barbados)
